Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of checkout, provided the order has not yet entered production. Once manufacturing has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Please note that order cancellations are only accepted if the status of your order is still “To Process” or “In Progress.”
Once your order has been packed, shipped, or marked as completed, we can no longer process cancellation requests.
